Pretty much anyone you ask in Paris will tell you that Angelina makes the best proper hot chocolate in Paris, and while there are a lot of tourists eating here at any given point, locals are usually also in the mix. Angelina's pastries are also exceptional, especially their chestnut tarts and their lemon tarts. And who can resist having pastries or breakfast in a place as pretty as this? Be sure to grab some things for home on your way out as well! I wish we had cute Parisian places like this for girl's brunches in New York!
