Navy New York

Navy New York

Navy was one of the top choices on my list of restaurants to try when I got back to NYC in August. I finally managed to try it just about two weeks ago, and now of course I'm regretting not having tried it earlier.

Cappuccino

Cappuccino

It's no secret that I love my coffee, but lately, I've been really into dressing in coffee colors.

II – Brunch at Top of the Standard

Lately (and I'm quite ashamed to admit it) I've been feeling a lack of inspiration. I feel like I've eaten at most of the places on my list, know my way around most of the areas of NYC really well and coming up with creative new content has become somewhat more difficult than it usually is.

Good Night New York Citiy

I can totally understand why one falls in love with this pulsating city, love and hate are sometimes so close. She can make you or ruin you but nevertheless she is one of a kind. A city that never sleeps, Frank Sinatra sang in a hymn to her, "If you can make it there, you make it anywhere. "

Life Lately through Instagram

Life Lately through Instagram

Life has been a little crazy these days between midterms and working on collaborations with Kendra Scott and ANNA Inspiring Jewelry I've been hiding out at Cafe Minerva, having Black Seeds Bagels and going for coffee at Little Collins. Even during the busiest of days I try to make the most of the city I live in and take an extra 15 minutes to walk through West Village to enjoy fall or take a quick trip to Central park or watch sunset from the East River State Park. Follow along with my daily adventures here.

What's your go to stress relief?

Mezzaluna

Mezzaluna

In essence, Mezzaluna is an old family favorite, my grandparents have been eating at Mezzaluna for the past 20 years during sporadic visits to New York, and I'm more than happy to continue the tradition. Everything from the focaccia to the pizza and pasta is Italian perfection (and my grandparents actually lived in Rome for 25 years, so I trust their judgement above all else). I love that the place feels family run and that they haven't change any of the interiors since they began serving pasta in 1984. It's a true Upper East Side institution. My favorite is the Taglierini alla ciociara, my mom's favorite is the Vongole and don't forget to have the tiramisu as well.

I'm so excited to finally share my collaboration with Anna Inspiring Jewellery with you all. You've probably seen me wearing their rings and necklaces at some point if you've been following along for a while.

The Apartment by the Line

The Apartment by the Line

I happen to be mildly/compulsively obsessed with real estate, so my discovery of The Apartment by the Line was nothing short of a dream come true. A SoHo loft furnished with impeccable taste and an eye for detail and simultaneously a concept store.
