I'm currently stuck in perpetually grey and rainy Paris and itching for a warm weather getaway. The good news is we have an exciting family trip planned in a couple weeks, but for now I just wanted to share a brief travel diary from my trip to beautiful St Lucia. We stayed at the Capella Marigot Bay, which had the friendliest staff. I'd highly recommend getting dinner at Hotel Chocolat, the Viceroy (they also have a beautiful bar with swings) and Ladera. For acivities definitely hike the Tet Paul Nature Trail (we even witnessed a proposal here) and swimming or tanning at the beautiful sugar beach. We also rented a car to get around as taxis are quite expensive, but definitely be aware that the roads can be a little scary at times. Do you have any getaways planned this winter?
