One can never have too much avocado toast, and in New York there are plenty of options out there right now. Some are spicy and some have add ons like feta and tomato, but really it's pretty much my favorite breakfast option out there right now and one of the things I missed the most while I was in Europe this summer. Two Hands is run by some seriously cool guys and is a light and airy space in Little Italy. They add bacon to their avocado toast and that's definitely something I can get on board with.
