It's safe to say that if you return to a restaurant more than 3 times in 2 days, it's probably on its way to be on of your all time favorites. While I won't be disclosing the exact amount of times I ate here in the past few days, I definitely want to talk about the great Australian food and friendly staff at Bluestone Lane Collective Cafe in detail.
First off, the place is incredibly cute and designed with love for detail and cozy corners in the small areas and the little garden in the back of the restaurant. Situated right on Greenwich Avenue its quickly become my go-to place to grab coffee or brunch with friends.
As all great brunches start with coffee and tea, we quenched our thirst on tea and Aussie Iced Lattes (I'm not even sure how to describe this delicious type of latte with added ice cream, which I think should qualify as a dessert if we're being honest).
They're also pretty serious about their avocado toast which includes feta and tomatoes (I may or may not be addicted) and if you order the Brekkie Board you also get granola with yoghurt and fruit.
Quinoa salad with salmon and avocado is another healthy yet delicious option.
You can add a poached egg to pretty much anything here and I highly recommend getting the buckwheat banana bread to share.
Hopefully you won't find me eating here yet again when you go, but you definitely should:
