Odette is the tiniest 4 story house wedged between two other houses on Paris' left bank. They sell only one type of pastry: filled choux pastry. I had never really been a fan of filled choux pastry or eclairs, but these were too cute to not try them out, plus it's always great to see how I can improve what I've learnt at culinary school. Odette has simple flavors like caramel, chocolate, coffee, green tea and red fruits, but they taste far from boring or simple and make the perfect little afternoon snack alongside tea or coffee. I'll definitely be heading back soon to try more flavors!
