I tend to prefer my eggs scrambled and I've realized that it's extremely difficult to make good scrambled eggs, but Buvette happens to make the best ones I've ever had, simply using steam from a coffee machine, add prosciutto and parmesan and the result is perfection. I recently gave my mom their cookbook for Mother's Day and I can't wait to try out some of the recipes myself!
