Cafe Minerva is one of my favorite little cafes in the West Village. Not only do they serve a mean cup of coffee, but they also make some pretty amazing white truffle pasta. Need I say more? The perfect hideaway at any time of day (I come here for breakfast a lot too and sit at their counter) and it's also perfect for people watching right outside the beautiful, large windows. We also got the prosciutto crostini and the tomato mozarella gnocchi. The perfect post-exam meal and the perfect location for a post-meal stroll through West Village.
